Where it All Began
In 1993, Bobby Arnold took that leap of faith that every entrepreneur knows all too well; he sought to push the status quo of design and craftsmanship to create beautifully innovative homes. With these principles at the forefront, Bobby built a full-service design + build company that has created some of the most prestigious high-end custom homes and master-planned communities in the Central Texas region.
Our Team
Bobby Arnold
Owner
Having grown up in Temple, Bobby chose to start his business and raise his family here since 1993. His mission was to create custom luxury homes, with innovative architecture and performance, designed to set Arnold Builders apart. Distinctive design, superior quality and extraordinary style are the principles on which Arnold Builders was created. Bobby brings more than 25 years of experience and integrity, along with a base of subcontractors maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Robert Arnold
Project manager
Robert leads the construction team and oversees each project from start to finish. As our Project Manager, Robert is responsible for preparing budget and costs tables, building within the budget, permitting, and communicating the client’s goals to the subcontractors and construction workers. He collaborates with architects and engineers on each project, chooses the subcontractors, and reports project progress to client. Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science.
Sherri Morgan
accountant
Sherri has over 30 years of experience in managerial accounting. She is responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting, and cash management. She works directly with custom clients in regard to contract details, processing change orders, and interim construction draws. Sherri is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Ashley Welcelean
Property management/sales
Born and raised in the Temple area, Ashley completed her education from Texas State University, and dedicated a decade to shaping young minds in public education. Ashley ventured into real estate, starting her career as a licensed Texas REALTOR®. Today, she manages some of the owner held assets and serves as sales leader for Arnold Design + Build. Ashley showcases her ability to educate prospective buyers and tenants, navigate diverse industries and markets, and strives for customer satisfaction.
Shelby Dixon
Marketing/sales
Shelby is a graduate of Lamar University and a dedicated licensed Texas REALTOR®. She began her real estate career on the administrative side, earning her license a few months later. Shelby is passionate about helping others and sees real estate as the perfect avenue to fulfill that commitment. Over the past several years, she has gained valuable knowledge of diverse markets and is eager to expand her expertise while building new connections with clients and colleagues as she serves as a sales leader and marketing assistant for Arnold Design + Build.
